A day trip to London meant walking along the roads to get from the underground to my destination. Of course on the way there I ‘accidentally’ went into a bookshop since I had some free time, and was actually passing by.

Francis Edwards, Antiquarian Book Shop sits on Charing Cross Road in London. It’s delightful, old looking shop front beckons you through its doors.

Opening the door you are greeted by the distinct smell of the old books that line the shelves all around you. Heading downstairs (carefully as they are a tight turn and the bannister is a little broken) you find yourself surrounded by yet more books.

Given more time on another occasion I would like to re-visit this shop.
